Stages of an instructional design project
Pagelogic can assist clients with:
- Analysis. Efficient needs analysis helps clarify your requirements and define program goals. In the first stage of an instructional design project we work with you to identify exactly what you need your program to achieve. We then guide the development process toward achieving these goals. We can also conduct mapping studies which identify the alignment of your existing programs to nationally accredited units of competence or other performance standards.
- Design. Good instructional design ensures that whatever goes into your program is directly relevant to identified program goals and learner needs. We use a range of tools and methodologies to help design relevant and engaging learning experiences.
- Content development. This is where a lot of the heavy lifting occurs. PageLogic has broad experience developing content across diverse subject areas. We can also assist and support your own content specialists or other consultants to develop content.
- Production. PageLogic has a wealth of experience in ‘finalising’ materials so they are ready for delivery in their destination format. You can be sure that your finished product whether print-based, online or facilitated is error free and complete.
